1. Initial Consultation
During the initial consultation you and your child will have the opportunity to meet the team and take a tour of our facility. We will discuss therapy goals and expectations as well as answer any questions you have.
2. Funding Verification
We will talk with your insurance provider or other funding source to ensure all paperwork meets the requirements to receive funding. During this stage, we will also receive details on the expected out-of-pocket cost of services for the individual.
3. Treatment/Service Plan Development
The treatment/service plan serves as a roadmap for therapy, ensuring a focused and goal-oriented approach to support the individual’s well-being and growth. Treatment plan/service development involves creating a structured approach to address the individual’s specific difficulties and goals. This stage typically includes:
- Assessment: The therapist will gather detailed information about you or your child’s current support needs.
- Goal Setting: The therapist will work with you collaboratively to identify clear, achievable goals. These goals guide the direction of therapy.
- Intervention Planning: The therapist will select appropriate therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to the individual’s needs and goals.
4. Treatment/Service Plan Review and Approval
- Client or Family Review: The therapist will present the treatment/service plan to the individual and/or family, explaining each component and the rationale behind it. The individual and/or family will have the opportunity to review the plan to ensure it aligns with their goals and expectations.
- Feedback and Adjustments: The individual and/or family will provide any feedback on the plan. The therapist, individual, or family will discuss any concerns or adjustments needed to better suit the individual’s needs and preferences.
- Approval: Once the therapist individual and/or family agree on the plan, the plan and all other documentation is submitted to the funder for their review.
5. Team Involvement
Once approval from the funder has been received, we will begin to involve other team members to ensure the treatment/service plan is understood and implemented across all areas.
